My motivation

There is a place where common needs meet. Where the appreciation for one another can (again) develop. Where the impotence awakens the urge to act, motion comes from standstill, clarity from chaos. Where everyone “jumps over their own shadow”. This fascinating place is hidden behind every conflict. The more often we all go these routes, the easier it is for us to find them. With a suitcase filled with optimism, authenticity, humor and know-how, I am happy to accompany you on your way.

My focus is on intercultural mediation, mediation and training in teams, schools and other social institutions.
