My motivation

My concern is to help people to independently resolve problems and conflicts that have arisen, to discover new perspectives and to find individual, sustainable solutions. I see conflicts and crises as important processes that – if used sensibly – build relationships and offer opportunities for positive change. Methodical diversity, professional knowledge, a talent for improvisation and a benevolent attitude characterize my work.
